[New Jersey, USA] — KLAUS Multiparking America is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Paxton to Architectural Design & Sales Specialist, supporting our continued commitment to delivering smart, space-efficient parking solutions across the United States.
Kevin brings a strong architectural background and a collaborative design mindset to his expanded role. He will work closely with architects, engineers, developers, owners, and general contractors during early project planning to help optimize layouts, reduce construction volume, and integrate mechanical and semi-automatic parking systems seamlessly into complex building conditions.
Driving Value in Early Design
In his new position, Kevin will:
- Support concept and schematic-level design to maximize parking efficiency and layout flexibility
- Prepare KLAUS shop drawings, including plans, elevations, and coordination details
- Align system design with structural, MEP, fire/life-safety, and code requirements
- Develop value-engineering alternatives to support budget alignment without compromising performance
- Assist with EV-charging readiness and system access planning
By engaging early in the design process, Kevin helps project teams unlock more value per square foot while reducing excavation depth, structural volume, and circulation space. His work strengthens KLAUS Multiparking America’s ability to support new construction, renovations, and adaptive reuse developments nationwide.
A Client-First Approach
Kevin is known for his problem-solving approach, responsiveness, and ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders. His architectural experience uniquely positions him to speak the language of the design community—bridging concept, technical needs, and real-world constructability.
“Kevin’s thoughtful approach and technical experience create meaningful value for our clients,” said Christopher Tiessen, President & CEO, KLAUS Multiparking America. “His work ensures seamless integration of our systems across a diverse range of development types — including multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, student housing, senior living, and office conversions.”
