This year our annual North American Sales Summit was held in beautiful Berkeley, California. Our Regional Sales Partners from the USA and Canada were joined by two managing directors of KLAUS Multiparking Germany, Michael Groneberg and Ilona Wachter-Gurski, and our Director of Exports, Michael Wachter. During the intensive three meeting days we discussed KLAUS’ new product innovations, technology advancements, marketing and brand developments, and our solutions-focused customer service strategies. Our site visits to recent installations in the local area allowed us to see our newest system models operating in the real world. Of course, the evenings were for enjoyment of the local cuisine and sightseeing. Balance is the key - We worked hard and still made time to play.
