KLAUS Multiparking – Highest parking density thanks to TrendVario 6300

When standing in front of the neoclassical facade, the viewer feels transported back to the Roaring Twenties (in which Berlin was ahead in every respect). After all, this is not just any residential neighbourhood, it is the city palace "Stadtpalais Nassau". The classic exterior is deceptive, however. Inside, Berlin residents can expect contemporary and sophisticated living comfort.

And the building planners thought along the same lines when it came to vehicle accommodation. Where there would normally be room for six cars, the type of parking system used accommodates a full 17 vehicles. This works by incorporating the space above and the pits created below. Such park densification is indispensable, especially from an urban planning point of view.

Thanks to its innovative design, the TrendVario 6300 enables independent parking, i.e. each vehicle is immediately available in its parking space in the system at any time – without the need to unpark another vehicle.

All accesses are also secured by sliding gates, which open only when a parking space user requests their vehicle. This provides security not only against damage and theft but also against the moving platforms being accidentally stepped on.
