KLAUS Multiparking TrendVario – La Reine gets a Premium parking solution

La Reine is well known in Amsterdam. The building dates back to 1984 and is rich in history. The architects have succeeded brilliantly in transforming the building into an unique and majestic residential building with 11 luxurious apartments.

Together with our Dutch distribution partner, Klaus Multiparking was able to implement the appropriate parking solution for this high-quality apartment complex. It was possible to create with the semi-automatic parking system TrendVario 4300 20 parking spaces on 3 levels.

It was a particular challenge for the project managers, to create space for very luxurious and oversized cars, with a height of up to 205 cm, a length of 530 and a weight of up to 2.6 tons. Without doubt, one of the highlight of this Premium parking garage are the electrically operated glass gates. The gates not only give a clear view of the attractive cars, but also make the garage very bright and friendly. The platform coating AluLonglife, however, contributes as well to the Premium equipment.

Extremely pleasant for the user: excellent accessible and drivable, as well as very long-lasting and very stable in value.
