Luxury 70 unit apartment complex in the heart of Bayonne NJ and within steps of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. The building was designed to speak to the modern renter with luxury finishes and elevated amenities  The residences reflect a fusion of sophistication and contemporary style of living. To meet the parking space requirements by the City, the Developer, Lan Tree Developments, included our two levels high, semi-automatic, TrendVario 4200 systems. The electric automatic gates can be opened and closed by smartphone app and remote controls adding further convenience to the parking experience. The building was designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve PC Architects from Hoboken, New Jersey. They are an award winning architectural, planning and design firm.
