MasterVario F2 in New York City

High rise upscale condominium building in the upper east side of Manhattan known for its exclusive residential neighborhood with designer boutiques, storefronts, and eateries.  Our MasterVario fully automatic F2 system provides residents with custom parking for 23 cars in an area otherwise inaccessible to vehicles. The parking area has a designated entry and system transfer cabin at the ground level with three levels of parking above ground.  

The simple and easy parking requires little effort on the user’s part – they drive into the transfer cabin and the system does all the parking work as the computer saves the car location in its memory.  The great success of this installation is due to providing the residents the exclusivity of the system’s inherent security – anti-theft and damage protection, safety, and state-of-the-art parking.
