National Project Manager
Location: United States (with daily coordination with Germany)

Position Overview
KLAUS Multiparking America is seeking an experienced National Project Manager to support complex mechanical and automated parking projects across the United States. This role is critical in bridging our U.S. operations with our German manufacturing, engineering, and project teams. The ideal candidate brings deep roots in German industry, exceptional bilingual communication skills, and hands-on experience within the mechanical parking manufacturing sector.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Fluent German (spoken and written) — native or first language strongly preferred
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — professional business level required
- Minimum 5+ years of direct work experience in Germany within the mechanical parking manufacturing industry
- Proven experience working with German manufacturers, engineers, and suppliers in a structured, process-driven environment
- Strong understanding of German business practices, technical documentation, and commercial standards
- Expert-level proficiency in both the Metric (SI) and Imperial measurement systems, including the ability to accurately interpret, convert, and apply dimensions, loads, and tolerances across international project documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical and project coordination link between KLAUS Multiparking GmbH (Germany) and U.S.-based project teams
- Manage national project execution from design coordination through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning
- Review and coordinate German engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation
- Translate and interpret technical and commercial information between German and English with precision and clarity
- Support internal teams, partners, and clients with system layouts, schedules, logistics, and technical inquiries
- Ensure projects align with German engineering standards while meeting U.S. codes, timelines, and client expectations
- Participate in regular coordination calls with German production, engineering, and logistics teams
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Background working for or closely with German industrial or manufacturing companies
- Familiarity with DIN standards, German quality control processes, and structured project workflows
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of technical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience supporting turnkey systems, automation, or mechanized equipment projects
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
